How do I apply?
Find the position and location you are interested in and apply! You will need to have a resume handy to upload and answer all of our application questions. The application questions give us the information we need to determine if what you are looking for fits the basics of the position. An example is, “How many consecutive nights are you willing to work away from home per month?” This question allows us to determine if the travel needed for a specific route will fit your expectations.
What happens after I apply for the position?
After you apply for the position, it goes into our Applicant Tracking System - JazzHR. At that point, your resume will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
Are pre-employment screenings required as part of the hiring process?
Yes, we perform a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and motor vehicles records check as a contingency to your employment.
Can I apply to multiple openings?
Absolutely! We have openings all over the United States! If you are looking to move to any of our locations, you are encouraged to apply!
What is the interview process?
After you apply, the steps for moving forward in the process are as follows: HR interview with our Recruiter (virtual) - this interview is used to describe the fundamental basics of the position and an overview of our culture. Hiring Manager interview (virtual) - this interview is used to go into more detail about the position, tasks, responsibilities, and expectations this role will have. Working interview (only applies to field positions) - this interview is the only in-person interview where we take the opportunity to show you what an inspection is like so that you have a clear understanding of what your day to day would be with us!
